QUESTION: What will it cost me when accepting a booking request from YourPerfectPartyDJ.com?

ANSWER: The only time we charge you a small admin fee (15% of the service price that you define + VAT) is when we have found a client job for you and you accept the booking request.

This admin fee is only refundable in the case were the client cancels the provisional booking BEFORE you have arranged your booking deposit from the client.

QUESTION: How does the annual profit share scheme work? 

ANSWER: At the end of each calendar year you can claim your profit share based upon one of the following:
20+   Paid party bookings during the calendar year = 1% of booking prices during the calendar year
50+   Paid party bookings during the calendar year = 2% of booking prices during the calendar year
100+ Paid party bookings during the calendar year = 3% of booking prices during the calendar year
150+ Paid party bookings during the calendar year = 4% of booking prices during the calendar year
200+ Paid party bookings during the calendar year = 5% of booking prices during the calendar year

For Example: If 200 paid party bookings where generated by a DJ during the calendar year @ 600 Euros each, the profit share awarded would be 5% of 120,000 Euros (booking prices) = 6000 Euros.

QUESTION: How does the DJ box work? 

ANSWER: On your DJ box page you have everything you need to manage your business profile and business services:
1) Edit your DJ business profile and business details
2) Add and edit services including prices and loyalty discount details
3) Upload and edit your song list
4) Upload and edit your play lists
5) View and update your availability
6) View profiles and ratings of other DJ businesses

QUESTION: How do I setup my own services, price structure and loyalty discount details? 

ANSWER: To setup your Services you simply click the "Edit your Service" button on the DJ Box. The DJ services page appears outlining your list of services.
Then to add a service you can select the "Add a Service" button that lets you setup the following for each service:

> Party Service (selected from list eg: Wedding, Club Event etc…)
> Option to assign one of your recommended Playlists for this service (eg: Full day wedding or Evening playlist etc…)
> Number of songs within service (used to define number of songs allowed the client can select for this service)
> Option to indicate if a Karaoke service is included as part of the service
> Service price before any discount

To define your loyalty discounts for your services simply click the "Edit your Profile" button on the DJ Box.
Simply edit the discount percentage field and specify how many bookings are required by each client before your discount percentage is automatically applied to their booking requests.

QUESTION: How does uploading and editing your Song list work? 

ANSWER: If you have an existing Songlist simply insert the details into the Songlist Excel template that is provided to you after you signup. When you have completed the Songlist Excel template select the Upload your Songlist option from the DJ box page and your Songlist will be automatically uploaded to your account on YourPerfectPartyDJ.com for clients to view.

If you do not have an existing Songlist that is not a problem just select the Edit your Songlist option from the DJ box page and Add your songs to create your Songlist on YourPerfectPartyDJ.com for clients to view.

QUESTION: How does uploading and editing your Play lists work? 

ANSWER: Playlists allow you to assign a recommended playlist for each of your services. This provides clients the option to copy and modify your playlist for their party to save them time and hassle.

If you have an existing Playlists simply make a copy of the Playlist Excel template for each Playlist and insert the information. When you have completed each Playlist Excel template select the Upload your Playlist option from the DJ box page and your Playlist will be automatically uploaded to your account on YourPerfectPartyDJ.com for clients to view.

If you do not have an existing Playlists that is not a problem just select the Edit your Playlist option from the DJ box page and Add your songs to create your Playlist on YourPerfectPartyDJ.com for clients to view.

After all your Playlists are on YourPerfectPartyDJ.com then choose the Edit your Services option on the DJ box page to assign a playlist to each of your services.

QUESTION: How do I accept a booking request? 

ANSWER: After a client requests a DJ booking the following process is followed:
1) YourPerfectPartyDJ.com sends a DJ booking request email to the DJ business (and a copy to the client).
2) You need to accept or decline the DJ booking request within the same business day where possible.
3) If you accept the DJ booking request you need to pay the administration fee and send a confirmation email to YourPerfectPartyDJ.com.The admin fee is payable via credit card or a PayPal account only.
4) After verifying the payment YourPerfectPartyDJ.com sends a provisional booking email to you (and a copy to the client).

Note: After you receive the provisional booking email that is the end of the booking request process and service on YourPerfectPartyDJ.com. It is the clients and DJ business responsibility to arrange an event consultation, booking deposit and to deliver the service.
